WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days following the day the order was placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with UPS tracking information.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.
CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?
We do not offer gift wrapping or cards. You have the option to include a gift receipt with your order that does not show prices as well as the option to create a note for the receiver.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND POLICIES?
We ship via UPS Ground.
We ship to US residential addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed after Dec 21st will ship after New Year’s Day.
CAN YOU SEND ME A FRAGRANCE SAMPLE?
Every order on regimedesfleurs.com ships with one complimentary sample.
We cannot ship samples on their own, but we welcome you to try our Discovery Set which includes all current fragrances from our Eau de Parfum collection to try.
HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOVERY SET DISCOUNT?
An email will be sent after purchasing a Discovery Set with a discount code for $50 off that can be used towards a purchase of any full-sized Eau de Parfum in the Set.
WHERE AND WHEN CAN I USE MY VIRTUAL GIFT CARD?
Virtual Gift Cards purchased on regimedesfleurs.com are exclusively for use on our site. They cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no expiration date for use.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Regimedesfleurs.com accepts returns within 30 days of delivery using our pre-paid return labels provided by our Customer Care team.
Please note that all items must be returned unused, with the plastic cellophane unwrapped. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. All Fait Main returns must be returned in the original sealed box.
Please submit your request for return, including the order number and a photograph of the item you are looking to return to receive a prepaid UPS return label from Customer Care.
