We offer standard shipping fees with USPS and UPS, calculated during checkout. Package prices are based on distance and weight. If a package is lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for reimbursement of lost packages once the order is shipped.
Ground delivery takes 1-5 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent, depending on where you are in the US.

International orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
We cannot accept returns unless there are quality problems such as a pump malfunction or damage incurred during shipping. Problems must be reported to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and applicable evidence of the issue.
